Shipping across Canada We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 1–7 business days, anywhere in Canada.
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). For made-to-order or custom items (such as custom-sized outdoor saunas), production is completed before dispatch — your product page will show the expected production time. Once your item leaves our warehouse, the standard 1–7 business day delivery window applies.
How your order ships
Standard parcel delivery (electronics, home goods, daily consumable products) — shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
Freight delivery (large items such as outdoor saunas) — shipped via LTL freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment window; an adult must be present to sign, and you’ll need help (dolly or 2+ people) to move the item from the curb. White-Glove Delivery (optional add-on) includes delivery to your preferred location plus professional assembly. A redelivery fee (typically $75–$150 CAD) may apply if no one is available at the scheduled window.
